XAT exam is the second most popular management entrance examination in India after CAT. XAT exam is conducted by XLRI on behalf of the Xavier Association of Management Institutes. This year, XAT will be conducted on 5 Jan 2025.
Apart from XLRI, the XAT exam scores are used by more than 250 institutes across India. XAT score is one of the selection criteria for admission into management programmes offered by XLRI. Candidates have to first register online on the XAT exam website and later apply separately to each of the participating institutes, including XLRI.

XAT Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have a recognized Bachelor's degree of at least three years or an equivalent qualification in any field. Those expecting to complete their final exams by June 10, 2025, are also eligible to apply. All Indian candidates must sit for XAT 2025, while NRI and foreign candidates can apply using their GMAT scores.
