r=Perpendicular+BaseHypotenuse2r = \dfrac{\text{Perpendicular} + \text{Base} - \text{Hypotenuse}}{2}

So,

4=p+10h24 = \dfrac{p + 10 - h}{2}

hp=2h - p = 2 or h=p+2h = p + 2

Now,

p2+100=h2p^2 + 100 = h^2

p2+100=(p+2)2p^2 + 100 = (p + 2)^2

p2+100=p2+4p+4p^2 + 100 = p^2 + 4p + 4

4p=964p = 96

p=24p = 24

Hence, area

=12×10×24=120= \dfrac{1}{2} \times 10 \times 24 = 120
