The CUET (GAT) Program covers the GAT Section of the NIFT Exam.
This program runs on a Hybrid Class Model, where you can take Offline+Online classes. We encourage you to come regularly at your center to take all the classes and doubt sessions but if you are not able to take any of the classes physically, due to any circumstances, you can join our live online session for the same. You can also take classes from the comfort of your home on a desktop, laptop or mobile.

The written exams for NIFT 2023 will comprise a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). The GAT will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, while the CAT test will be held in pen-paper mode.
The GAT paper is common for all programs (Design + Technology), but only B.Des and M.Des (Design programs) aspirants need to take the CAT test.

For instance, candidates seeking admission to the B.Des course needs to have passed 10+2 exam from a recognized institute and should be less than 24 hours as of August 1, 2023. Relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit applies for candidates belonging to Sc, ST and PwD candidates.
The written tests for the NIFT 2023 exam will be held on February 5, 2023. The written tests will comprise a General Ability Test (GAT) and a Creative Ability Test (CAT). GAT is mandatory for all candidates, but CAT is only required for B.Des and M.Des candidates. The GAT test will be held in CBT mode, while the CAT will be held in pen-paper mode.
