IIFT is another national-level competitive exam which is conducted by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade for the purpose of selecting students to pursue their flagship MBA IB(International Business) which is one of the most sought after programs in International Business with immense global reputation and prominence. IIFT is conducted by NTA(National Testing Agency) annually in an online mode. Approximately 80,000+ students from all over the country appear for IIFT which makes it one of the most popular MBA entrances in the country.
SNAP is a national-level MBA entrance test. It is a path for admission to some premier b schools of the country. The exam is conducted by Symbiosis International University(Deemed), a b-school that has been irrevocably churning out some of the good MBAs of the country every year. SNAP is the only way to secure admission in SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune, and other 14 member institutes of Symbiosis International University.
This exam is administered by the same agency which runs the most popular MBA entrance exam in the world: GMAC. NMAT is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted primarily for admission in the residential PGDM program of NMIMS Mumbai. NMAT can be taken thrice and the examination is held in two modes i.e. either through a test center or online proctored mode.
Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad conducts MICAT. This is compulsory if an aspirant is looking to join MICA. Apart from a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT score, MICAT scores will be considered for the final admission. MICAT is conducted twice per season and one can choose to write either one or both. The best of the two attempts will be considered for selection.
TISS’s National Entrance TISSNET 2021 is one of the most coveted entrance exams which is administered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai for admission into its flagship program i.e M.A in Human Resource Management and other MA programs offered by this prestigious Institution. A candidate can apply for a maximum of 3 programs across 2 TISS campuses. About 30,000 aspirants take up TISSNET every year. TISS has 60 seats in the HRM & LR program. This is a simpler exam and far easier to crack. The paper is skewed towards the General Awareness section with a standalone weightage of 40%. It is important to note that there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes. Any B-School – national or international – can consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates
MAHCET is a state level management entrance test held by the DTE, Maharashtra. The exam consists of 200 questions in multiple-choice format lasting 150 minutes. This test will be held in an online (computer-based) mode. It is one of the major MBA Entrance Exams which give the candidates access to premier management colleges across Maharashtra like JBIMS, Mumbai. The MAHCET exams is held usually in the month of March. One major difference in the procedure for the MAHCET exam is that the MAHCET Exam score determines the college that you are eligible for admission in. There is no group discussion or personal interview round like most other MBA entrance exams. The only factor that affects the candidature who have a Maharashtra domicile tend to get a benefit from the reservation policy that the DTE has. The level of difficulty of the MAH-CET MBA exam is usually lower than other MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT etc.
CMAT-2023 will be conducted by NTA as a three-hour entrance examination in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode to evaluate the candidates’ ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness, for admission to the Management Courses in the Academic Session 2023-24. The participating Institutes of CMAT-2023 are the Institutions that will be accepting the CMAT Score.
